Arkie Lee Utt, 82, of Austinville, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018 at Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center. Mr. Utt was born in Virginia to the late Roy Lee and Thelma Davis Utt. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Frazier Utt and two brothers, Walter Utt and Burley Utt.

Survivors include his daughter Teresa Utt and husband Rick Lucchesi of Westerly, RI; son, Terry Utt and wife, Ceylanda Owens Utt of Hayesville, NC; grandsons, Samuel, Seth, and Jaron Utt; and sister, Lucy Hall of Hillsville, and the Frazier family brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor John Briggs officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
