Archie Algen Gallimore, 70 of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2007 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Gallimore was preceded in death by his parents Hobert & Ola Gallimore; a brother Earvin Gallimore and a sister Blanche Marion. He is survived by his wife Lois Gallimore of the home; son & daughter-in-law Gerald Robert & Mary Gallimore of Woodlawn; brother & sister-in-law Artie Ross & Virginia Gallimore of Cana; sisters & brother-in-law Elizabeth Orange and Louise & Lucas Farmer all of Hillsville; three grandchildren Jerry Lee Gallimore, Elisha Dawn Gallimore, and Jessica Amber Gallimore; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 28, 2007 at Skyline Independent Baptist Church at 2:00 PM with Brother Don Collins, Brother James Orange and Brother Garry Allen officiating. Burial will follow at the Shorts Creek Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday night from 7:00 until 9:00 PM.
