Anthony Dale (Tony) Sifford, 41 of Hillsville, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 in Louisiana. He was preceded in death by a brother William Frank Sifford. Mr. Sifford is survived by his son William Isaac Sifford, daughter Hannah Faythe Sifford, wife Gena Sifford, and parents Leonard & Janice Sifford all of Hillsville; sister & brother-in-law Angie & Chris Nichols of Mt. Airy, NC; and special friend Brian Carter.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2008 at Victory Way Baptist Church with Rev. Neil Edison, Elder Ronnie Mills, Pastor David Bays and Brother Danny Beasley officiating. Inurnment will follow in the White Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Tony D.
