Anna Marie Stone Robinson, 70, of Austinville, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at her home. She was born in Carroll County to the late Carl and Vergie Stone. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her sisters Murlene Stone and Nelva L. Stroupe; and brothers Harvey D. Stone, Herman L. Stone, and Nolan L. Stone. She is survived by her husband Willie Robinson of the home; sons Duane A. Robinson and partner Barry Collins of Linden, VA and D. Todd Robinson of Austinville; grandsons Jason T. Robinson and Kristopher S. Robinson; step grandchildren Jonathan W. Carpenter and Julie A. Carpenter; brothers and sisters-in-law Carl (June) W. and Pat Stone of Austinville, Rufus and Leota Stone of Kent, OH, Archie (Bud) and Phyllis Stone of Akron, OH and Kenneth and Zana Stone of Max Meadows; sisters and brothers-in-law Fredia and Boyd Isom of Hillsville and Rebecca (Jewel) and Dennis Melton of Woodlawn; sisters-in-law Patsy Stone and Karen Stone; brother-in-law Charlie Stroupe; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Pine Grove Primitive Baptist Church at 2:00 PM with Elder Edward Bowman and Elder Tim McGrady officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 20, 2012 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
