Anna Mae Stone, 80 of Willis, passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center.  Ms. Stone was born in Carroll County to the late Clinton and Emma Alderman Largen.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, Douglas Elwood Stone; and three brothers, Otis Largen, Glenn Largen, and Ricky Largen.

Survivors include her sons, Ronald Lee Stone and Clinton Otis Stone; daughter, Donna Elizabeth Stone; grandchildren, James Stone (Kimberly), Amanda Stone, Ronnie Stone, and Douglas Guy Smith; and great-grandchildren, Garrett Stone, Kaitlin Stone, Sarah Akers, and Austin Stone.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Pastor Rocky Huff officiating.  Burial will follow in the Worrell Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM prior to the memorial service  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
