Andy Franklin "Frank" Fender, 67 of Draper, passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Lewis Gale Pulaski Hospital.  Mr. Fender was born on May 24, 1956 in Havre de Grace, Maryland to the late Andy E. and Annie Mabry Fender.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Doc Cloyd Fender, Adah Fender, and Rolla and Hazel Mabry; and brother-in-law, Jesse McGlothlin.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Drema Fender; sisters, Trish Turpin (Roger) of Pulaski and Sandy McGlothin of Foster Falls; sister-in-law, Tammy Mabry (Jim Beasley) of Draper; his beloved fur baby, Bella; nieces, Elizabeth Stone (Brandon) of Radford and Ashley Finney (Matt) of Max Meadows; and nephew, Chris Fender (Carmen) of Port Orchard, Washington.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00 until 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with funeral services following at 2:00 PM. Minister Edward Buchanan will be officiating.  Burial will follow in the Shupe Cemetery.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
