Andrew James Paul Smith , infant son of Joshua Andrew Smith and Oriann Victoria Tatum, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2016 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. In addition to his parents, Andrew is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Barbara Joy Jarrett of Galax and Paul Robert Tatum and Connie Shopshear of Smith Mountain Lake; paternal grandparents, Sheila Asbury Smith of Galax and James Robert Smith of Parisburg; and great grandparents, Virginia Asbury and Albert Asbury of Wythe County.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Bill Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Nester Family Cemetery in Austinville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM prior to the service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
