Amanda Maggie White Allen, 81, of Austinville, VA, passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2009 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents John Allen & Maggie M. Mabry White. She is survived by four sons & daughters-in-laws J.B. & Margaret Caviness of Austinville, Jerry & Diane Caviness of Hillsville, Paul & Sharon Caviness of Austinville, and Carl & Sheila Caviness of Austinville; two daughters & sons-in-laws Brenda & Raymond Hall of Austinville and Patsy & Gary Frazier of Austinville; ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. Special friend and caregiver Linda Bevill.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2009 at 2:30 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor Russell Payne officiating. Burial will follow in the White Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, November 28, 2009 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family
