Alene Beasley Myers, 85 of Austinville, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mrs. Myers was born in Carroll County to the late Clarence Earl and Edith Edmonds Beasley. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold Clyde Myers and a sister, Lois Vaughn.

Survivors include her children and their spouses, David A. and Joanna Myers, Ricky L. and Judy L. Myers, Terry L. Myers, and Edward H. Myers; brother, Marvin Beasley; grandchildren, Virginia Alene Myers, Seth Andrew Myers, Brayden Myers, and Kendal Myers; great grandchildren, Kylie Marshall, Andrew Myers, and Fisher Myers; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Wayne Pickett officiating. Burial will follow in the Myers Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
